Ian Hardcastle has over 10 years of real estate and debt origination experience and serves as Encore’s Managing Director of Originations. Mr. Hardcastle is responsible for sales and loan originations for the firm. Prior to joining Encore, Ian held senior positions at various private lending institutions specializing in SFR and multifamily assets, where he closed over $2.5 billion of permanent, bridge and construction debt financing. Ian holds a BS in Economics from Pace University.
